Alright, so I was bored and hungry and I looked in the pantry and said yay! We have chocolate chips! I'll make cookies! So I went and followed the recipe except for adding 2 things. Cinnamon, and honey. Then I put half the batter in little balls on the cookie sheet and stuck it in the oven for 10 minutes and left them to cook. I came back to take them out and discovered that my cookies had spread out, not up. So now I have a nice pan of flat, baked cookie dough, with chocolate chips in it at random places. Funny, yes? No. So I take the first sheet out of the oven, and start trying to take them of. The cookies had become one with the cookie sheet. So i spend a good 15 minutes a sheet trying to get as much cookie as possible off. Then I'm faced with the daunting task of cleaning the cookie sheets, another 15 minutes. And I have another half a batter to do at a later date. It was the honey. The honey was my undoing. It nullified the flour so it didn't rise. At least, that's what I expect. But the cookies taste really good, and all's well that ends well, right?
